Abstract/Summary:
The museum community and the archaeological field have always attached great importance to heritage conservation. China is an ancient civilization with a history of thousands of years and a lot of extremely valuable cultural relics. As China has some shortcomings in the preservation of cultural relics, many cultural relics are still buried deep underground and many unearthed cultural relics are destroyed constantly. The microenvironment control of the museum exhibition selves is an important part in the protection of cultural relics. In this paper, the effect of environmental temperature and humidity on cultural relics is analyzed by comparing the influence factors of the environment of exhibition shelves. Besides, a strategy in controlling the microenvironment of exhibition shelves is put forward and a smart microenvironment control system is established from the perspective of controlling temperature and humidity.A fast and precise control system of humidity is established by a compressor and a semiconductor sensor and a detailed introduction of the hardware and software design of the system is presented. The measurement accuracy of the system temperature reaches ±0.3 ℃, the measurement accuracy of humidity is ±1.5%and the control accuracy of humidity can reach ±3%, realizing the fast and precise control of the humidity of the microenvironment of exhibition selves. What’s more, the system can supply water automatically without maintenance, which brings convenience for the maintenance of the microenvironment of the museum.The system mainly introduces the establishment and application of the microenvironment intelligent control system on the basis of integration and free maintenance. Besides, several examples presented in the paper verify the feasibility and validity of the system which makes the control of the microenvironment of cultural relics rise to a new level and will surely have a promising future.The system mainly introduces the establishment and application of the microenvironment intelligent control system on the basis of integration and free maintenance.
