Kaiyuanshi Cultural Relics Management Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Research

Since the Cultural Relic Institution of Kaiyuan which is mainly in charge of protecting and managing cultural relic has been founded, many achievements have been obtained, getting everything needed, developing rapidly and gaining respects. As the development of culture system innovation and coming up many means about prospering socialistic culture, it’s a great opportunity for the works on cultural relic no matter central or regional institutions. Every institution must learn to grasp the chance and do better job, which is based on summing up experience, innovating methods and working hardly. This will be important action for local institutions, also could be a part of the MPA and basic research on culture relic policy.The writer has been in this field for11years since the college student’s age. History is the writer’major. Doing job about cultural relic in grass roots after graduation, the writer has grown up, who is not only knowing well about professional knowledge but also how to do the job well. According to the requirements of MPA of Yunnan University and the writer’s own background, the topic of the thesis has been decided,which is about how to enhance and improve the management of cultural relic for grass roots institutions and how to protect and take use of it reasonably, by SWOT analyzing deeply on the situation:Advantages and disadvantages and development facing opportunities and challenges and of the Cultural Relic Institution of Kaiyuan with considering governmental public administration. Have a definite object in view and Suggestions on further strengthening and improving the government at or above the county level cultural relics management countermeasures and Suggestions. Exploration work of cultural relics of the effective protection and rational utilization of the best combination of the measures and ways.
