Cultural relics are important materials to explore human history,and the cultural relic display cabinets are significant windows for us to understand those relics.Harmful gases,unsuitable temperature and humidity,illumination and other factors in the microenvironment of display cabinets will accelerate the damage and corrosion of cultural relics.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the intelligent measurement and control system for the environment of museum movable cultural relic display cabinet to achieve the purpose of preservation of cultural relics.This paper has studied and designed an intelligent measurement and control system for the microenvironment of museum mobile cultural relic display cabinet.The system adopts modular,integrated and standardized design in structure,and functionally,it can monitor the microenvironment status in the cabinets in real time,control the temperature,humidity and illumination,purify the harmful gases in the display cabinet,and send the relevant parameters of the display cabinet to the computer so as to achieve the purpose of preservation of cultural relics.In this paper,FLUENT simulation software has been adopted to build a numerical model of the airflow circulation inside the display cabinet,and then the influence of the air inlet and outlet positions on the airflow distribution in the cabinet has been analyzed to optimize the structure of the cabinet,and moreover,the effects of different ventilation times and circulating wind speeds on the temperature field in the cabinet.The software and hardware design of the system is completed based on GD32F450.The hardware design mainly includes GD32F450 main controller module,power management module,humidity control module,air purification module,wireless sensor module,communication module,substrate module,etc.The software design is completed on the basis of the completion of the hardware design,so that the display cabinet can independently monitor and control the status of its micro environment to realize the intelligence.In terms of optimizing the effect of humidity control,fuzzy control and conventional PID are combined to improve the control accuracy and stability of the system.Build the experimental platform and debug the system.The temperature and humidity wireless sensor are calibrated and corrected.After the correction,the monitoring errors of the sensors can meet the design requirements of museum monitoring terminals.At the same time,relevant experiments are carried out on the humidity control and air purification of the system,which can prove that humidity control range,control accuracy and PM2.5 purification efficiency of the system meet the design requirements of the museum intelligent display cabinet.
