There are many environmental factors influencing the preservation of cultural relics in the museum showcases.Among them,humidity is the most critical one.If the humidity is too high or too low,the cultural relic characteristics will be affected or even be damaged.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the micro-environmental humidity measurement and control system of the showcase.In this paper,a set of micro-environment water-free humidity measurement and control system for intelligent showcase of cultural relic is designed,which is applied in the independent showcase of the museum.It can create an appropriate humidity environment for the cultural relic in the showcase.The system can detect and control the humidity of the micro-environment of the showcase in real time,meeting the measurement and control accuracy required by the standard.At the same time,the system also has the function of water-free regulation,which can collect moisture from the air,without water addition.This paper mainly elaborates the system from two aspects: system structure design and function design.The system structure includes water level control structure,humidity control structure and water tank structure.In structure design process,this paper firstly select the main control elements of the system,and drew the initial structure model according to the shape of the control elements.Then using FLUENT fluid simulation software to analyze the model and adjust it according to the analysis results.Finally,a more suitable system structure is determined.The system functions are designed based on STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor,including hardware design and software design.The hardware part completes the circuit design of power module,STM32 minimum system,sensor acquisition module,drive control module and wireless communication module.The software completes the program design of temperature and humidity measurement,humidity control,water level control,wireless communication,human-computer interaction and power loss storage.The experimental platform of the system is set up.The experimental results show that the humidity measure accuracy of the system is(±1%)RH,the humidity control range is(30%~84%)RH,and the humidity control accuracy is(±1.5%)RH,under the environment of(20±2)?,(50%±5%)RH.Therefore,the system can accurately measure and control the humidity in the micro-environment of the showcase.At the same time,under the temperature condition of(20±2)?,the system can collect moisture from air with humidity of 30%RH or above,to meet its own needs and realize the function of water-free.
