With the rapid innovation and development of mobile Internet technology,the global intelligent information industry is booming.Under such background,mobile intelligent terminals have emerged following this trend,and has been widely spread and developed with the advantages of strong abilities of information processing and data connection.The operating system,as the core part of mobile intelligent terminal,has two typical representatives,Android from Google and iOS from Apple.With the advantages of openness and compatibility,Android operating system is extremely popular with the majority of developers and producers,and has gradually become the leader in operating system market.With the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for mobile intelligent terminal is also getting higher.In order to cater to the market demand,mobile intelligent terminal manufactures are constantly updating their products,which makes terminals fatter and fatter and leads to the waste of resources.Under such background,the team led by Professor Yuan Dongfeng from Shandong University has put forward a new informatization pattern,which is 'thin client plus WBN plus cloud computing platform',and developed a new type of mobile intelligent terminal--China Rainbow Computer.File management and sharing is indispensable in people's daily life and work.China Rainbow Computer provides users with a native file manager,which can do some simple file management work.However,the native file manager has many drawbacks.Firstly,its function is relatively single and its file sharing operation is inefficient.Secondly,the native file manager can't share files between Android terminals and PC.Thirdly,the native file manager lacks file encrypt function,so the security and privacy of files can't be guaranteed.Fourthly,the native file manager doesn't have the recycle bin function,which can't meet users' needs.Fifthly,the operation of text translation is fussy as users reading foreign documents.To solve the problems mentioned above,it is essential to design and develop a file management and sharing system which can be applied to China Rainbow Computer.This system can realize the effective management of files on a terminal,quick and convenient sharing of files between terminals and PC,file encryption,recycle bin function and text fast translation service,etc.Not only can this system meet users' requirements,but also it can optimize the China Rainbow Computer.First of all,this paper researched current situation of domestic and foreign file management software and applications,analyzing the functions,implement methods and the deficiencies of this kind of application in Android market.In view of these weaknesses,this paper analyzed the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system taking the characteristics of China Rainbow Computer into consideration.After that,this paper made the overall design of this system,including framework design,functional design and interface design.In order to guarantee stable performance,full function and better experience of the system,this paper finished plenty of research on Android application development technology.Under the support of the relevant development technology,the six main functions of this system have been implemented.At last,in order to ensure the stability of this system.,this paper also performed system function test,memory leak test and stress test.Finally,this system passed all the tests successfully.This file management and sharing system not only satisfies users' demands but also optimizes the China Rainbow Computer in the functions and performances.
