Research On Digital File Information Resource Sharing Strategy In Cloud Computing Platform

With the rapid development of computer technology and network information technology, human society has entered the information age. The rapid development of network and communication technology has brought fundamental changes to the archives management. The traditional paper archives are no longer the only records and certificates, correspondingly,digital archives also play a very important role in records and certificates. In the era of information explosion, the government, enterprises and other social fields have generated massive electronic documents every day. Some of them are temporary files, which will be deleted when it loses their effectiveness and value in use. And some of the files are worth to preserve, that need to archive to be digital archives. Unlike the paper archives, digital archives has the characteristics of huge number of files, file format is complex and diverse, high technology of management, update fast. The problem of how to manage the mass of digital archives is every government agencies and units need to face. Influenced by the traditional system of archives management, the management of digital archives in our country is separately, which limits the sharing of information resources of digital archives greatly. In recent years, with the cloud computing technology become more and more mature, and the application extent in every field continues to expand, the effects and application research of the cloud computing on the archives are more and more. Cloud computing technology provides a new opportunity to the development of the sharing of digital archives information resource.This paper discusses the strategy of digital archives information resources sharing under the cloud computing environment, according to the construction and development of digital archives in China, based on the characteristics of cloud computing technology, to analyze the process of collection, preservation, management and utilization of digital archives system. Build a cloud computing platform, centralized management of digital archives. On the private cloud platform we can achieve the sharing and utilization of electronic resources inside the enterprises or regional government. On the public cloud platform we can achieve the exchange of information between agencies or local archives and the public. We discussed the function of the platform of digital archives information resource sharing. At the same time, we speculate the application services and the development trend in the future of digital archives information resources on the cloud computing platform.
