Archival information resources development and utilization of archival work is avery important part, it is the purpose of archival work. Attorney archival work is toimprove the efficiency and prosecutors the necessary conditions for quality of work,and to maintain the true face of the prosecution history of an important work, it is alsoan important part of the national archives. The development and utilization of districtattorney file not only can promote the value of archives information resources, butalso play an important role in the development of prosecutrial career. Therefore, toanalyse the development and utilization of the prosecution file information resourceshas some theoretical and practical significance.This paper take ten local procuratorates of Changsha, Hunan as example, andmake use some methods such as a questionnaire, depth interviews and field researchmethods to study the current situation of the development and utilization of archivesinformation resources of these ten local procuratorates. The paper analyzes the presentsituation of the development and utilization of archives information resources inChangsha, including the achievements and existing problems. Through the analysis ofthe questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, the conclusions are as follows: thechangsha place procuratorate archives work in leadership and file staff under theattention of the great achievement has been obtained, such as the development andutilization of archives work in the warehouse, fittings and other infrastructure hasbasically reaching standards; Make up research has made preliminary achievements,formed a variety of compiled and published the related readings.
