Wireless Sensor Network is a highly integrated, multidisciplinary cutting-edgeresearch field. Wireless sensor network digitalizes much information of productionand life, collecting information for production and providing service for life.Wireless smart sensor network defines the interface standards of wireless sensorsbased on wireless sensor network, making the sensor universal and more likely tojoin the wireless sensor network with high compatibility and simple configuration.The IEEE1451standard is the standard specification of smart transducer interface.This paper investigates the design and implementation of wireless smart sensornetwork based on the IEEE1451standard and aims to realize the wireless accessand smart recognition of sensor nodes, which is the preliminary attempt based onthe IEEE1451standard.The network structure of wireless smart sensor network is inherited from thewireless sensor network, consisting of terminal node, the coordinator and upperbody. The Zigbee wireless communication is chosen as the connection mode ofintelligent network due to the features of low power consumption andeasily-building of network. The Transducer Electronic Data Sheet (TEDS) of IEEE1451standard defines the equipment attribute information, which is stored in theterminal node and the coordinator, allowing the host computer to view and modify.The smart transducer interface module (STIM) and network capable applicationprocessor (NCAP) of IEEE1451standard correspond to the network terminal nodeand the coordinator respectively. The design of wireless smart sensor of this thesisis divided into three parts: the hardware design, software design and host computerprogram design. The hardware design provides the basic equipment of network,software design provides the embedded program which makes the hardwareinfrastructure work, and the host computer program design provides the interactivesoftware between users and network. Hardware design part includes communicationmodule of Zigbee communication chips based on CC2530, ARM chipmicroprocessor module based on STM32F103RCT6, and Wi-Fi communicationmodule based on HLK-RM04and SD card storage module. Software design partincludes Zigbee protocol STACK network operation and task added based onZ-STACK, TEDS data design based on the IEEE1451standard, file storage designbased on FatFs file system and other function module design which support moreconvenient network. The host computer program design including TCP/IPcommunication, interactive command format and the user interface, etc. This paper has completed the design and debug of the wireless smart sensor network hardwareand software, verify the effectiveness of the project.
