The prosperity and progress of the global economy has led to the innovation of corpofate management goals.At present,the maximization of corporate value has gradually replaced the rise of corporate efficiency as the highest goal of modern enterprise management.As a result,the industry is increasingly focusing on corporate value research and is committed to finding innovative breakthroughs.With the deepening of research on enterprise management topics,the focus of experts and scholars has shifted from the early value enhancement of enterprises to a combination of value assessment methods,value drivers and value creation.The idea of this kind of research is:to analyze the internal resources of the company,to study the extermal environment,to find out the main factors affecting the value of the enterprise,and then to reallocate the resources in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise,so that the enterprise investment and financing,management and management get more help,In turn,the value of the company is gradually increased.Enlight Media is one of the most representative enterprises of domestic film and television media companies,with typical characteristics of film and television media companies.This paper uses the EVA model to analyze the corporate value of Enlight Media companies,find out the key factors affecting the value of the enterprise,and propose countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of corporate value.Firstly,the paper introduces the general situation and financial situation of the Enlight Media,and uses the EVA model to estimate and analyze the value of the Enlight Media enterprise,and analyzes the status of its enterprise value.Secondly,according to the estimation results of the Enlight Media enteiprise value,the key factors affecting the enterprise value are found out,and compared with Huayi Brothers,the level of key drivers of Enlight Media enterprise value enhancement is analyzed and compared.Finally,based on the EVA model and the DuPont analysis method,the key factors that enhance the value of the Enlight Media enterprise are analyzed.The key drivers are analyzed reasonably and an effective promotion strategy is proposed.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Using the financial indicator method to analyze the financial status of the Enlight Media,the analysis found that the profitability and development ability of the Enlight Media is strong,but the solvency and operational capacity have yet to be improved.(2)Using the EVA nethod to construct an enterprise value analysis model to estimate the enterprise value of Enlight Media.(3)Combine DuPont analysis method and EVA valuation model to analyze the enterprise value drivers of Enlight Media,including debt-to-capital ratio,input capital turmover rate and profit rate.(4)To propose countermeasures for the improvement of the value of Enlight Media enterprises,we should optimize financing methods,increase debt-to-capital ratios,speed up the collection of accounts receivable,reduce the squeeze of film and television works,increase publicity,and cultivate new profit points.This paper studies the value of light media companies and their driving factors,which can not only provide reference for the value-adding of other enteiprises in China's film and television media industry,but also better provide the development of China's market economy.Service basis.
