Science and technology is the most productive force. Key technique is the central competitiveness of an enterprise. China Unicom WCDMA has been introduced into market. This provides wide developing space for mobile value-added service and mobile application service. After Department of Industry and Information Technology issued3G license to the three major service providers in2009, which marked the mobile communication in our country stepping into3G times, all the service providers began large-scale establishment and service development on3G. On October2009, WCDMA service provided by China Unicom Jiangsu was put into production and used for commerce formally. Having been operating for over4years, the scale of users of3G has developed rapidly, Since2012, China mobile Jiangsu have kept the advanced position on the growth rate of market in the same industry for several years.With3G network perfecting quickly, wireless data bandwidth service provides new chance for the development of media industry. Constructing a quick responding, easy-to-use, resource co-sharing, mechanism-perfected, safe and reliable information collecting, editing and publishing system is becoming an outstanding demand of news agencies day by day. The mobile collecting-editing system, provided by China Unicom Jiangsu, relies on WCDMA network technique with the fastest network speed, the widest bandwidth, and the overall advantage of China Unicom, basing on learning lesson from traditional files-publish on PC and Internet, considering the matter of fact how journalists using mobile publishing. Also, adapting3G wireless mobile communicating technique, intelligent mobile phone terminal, highly-reliable data condensing and coding technique, and multimedia news collecting technique and other advanced techniques in the industry, forming scientific data collecting and publishing interactive mechanism and providing media users with timely and effective multimedia news collecting service.Meanwhile, with the rapid development of information construction in news industry, a lot of news agencies have already constructed and used, or being constructing and using online office systems and service application system. The mobile collecting-editing system can easily connect and integrate those informational zed application systems mentioned above. This enables working staff of the enterprises acquire all kinds of useful information through mobile network and with mobile phones, IPADs, PCs and intelligence terminals like these, making mobile work, that is, working effectively at any place, at any time, possible. This opens the convenient door of news collecting and editing for media workers in new times.In addition, constructing mobile collecting-editing system also make sense as follow: With modern science and technology, it can face the journalists’requirement that collecting, editing, uploading and downloading news at any time and place, and also fasten and shorten the process of approving and publishing news. This makes it possible for the sources of all magazines, newspapers, websites, electronic media etc. integrated and could be shared with each other in large-scale media industry, mobilizing the search and use of collecting and editing service, and finally reach the aim that doing mobilized information work at any time and place. In that way, agencies can totally change traditional collecting and editing way, cutting down operating expenses, raising the credibility of the government and economic profit of enterprises continuously. What’s more, applying this mobile news editing system helps to reach the fundamental task, which is serving the Party, the country, and the people better.Another target of this research is to examine the value and effect of modern marketing theory in marketing activity in practice trough the subject "The research on promotion strategy of the collecting and editing products produced by China Unicom Jiangsu". For me, the writer of this essay, it’s a chance to stabilize and improve my knowledge about that. When it comes to the whole abstract field, this essay also can be a case for the discussion of the marketing theory involved.Based on the background mentioned above, this research first statement the meaning and target of constructing mobile collecting and editing system, looking back on some basic theory that I have learned, such as macroscopically analysis--PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Michael Porter s Five Forces Model, etc. Also, I establish the research content for the demand, the plan, the target market, the position and the promotion of the construction of the mobile collecting and editing product. Five angles all together. And I analyze and prove the mobile collecting and editing system by the numbers with several methods such as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Michael Porter s Five Forces Model, consulting documents, conducting surveys, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, etc. In this way to make sure the feasibility and operability of the construction of collecting and editing system and the development of the service, and lay the foundation for the construction and development of the industrial application service of China Unicom Jiangsu.
