It is no doubte that IPTV is the driving force of promoting social development, the collection of intelligent of telephone、television Internet,push every nets terminal to intelligent, competition and cooperation will carry out in the same time, it will put the new media into a new competitive mode, from being controlled by government to tending to free market competition, and enhance interactive between the media and people, contributed to development in the social, economic, culture and other fields. As the typical miniature of three nets fusion, spread IPTV need to experience a difficult process, but it is the trend of The Times.In foreign countries, the IPTV research can be divided into the technical level and the service level, technology has already by cable bandwidth development to wireless networks, and through the linear regression method to analyzed the after-sales service to carry out the importance of the business. This article through collect a large number of documents, information, data from the radio and television industry, value chain, users and application value four aspects analyzed the value of the IPTV, through the coordination theory and information theory proved that promote this business has high practical significance and operability;and then use the G-PEST method to analyze the promotion of the IPTV environment, and find out what the dilemmas was promote IPTV faced with?
