Research On Technology Risk Assessment And Control Strategy Of OIS Project Of R Company

The rise of high-speed CPU technology,MEMS sensor technology and large-capacity flash technology has led the smartphone industry into a high-speed development period.And the market demand for smartphones has also led to the development of camera imaging technology.As a member of the world famous semiconductor enterprises,R company will encounter various technical risks in practical work.This thesis analyses and studies the technical risk of OIS project of R company's China,IT can provide some reference for the future research ideas and scientific management methods of similar projects in semiconductor industry?By introducing the research background and current situation,the thesis further puts forward the research direction and objectives of the paper.Then it elaborates the risk control theory and risk evaluation method,the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy analysis method,which provide the theoretical support for the follow-up case study.Through the introduction of R company's OIS project R&D process,it shows that there are large technical risks in the development process of existing OIS projects.The three-level evaluation system of technical indicators is formed through the layers of project R&D,testing and application.The weight of technical risk system is determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the expert scoring table is processed by fuzzy analysis.Obtain the scoring results,analyze the scoring results individually and study the relevant risk control strategies,focus on the indicators that can not meet the requirements,and test the effectiveness of the implementation of the technical risk control strategy by comparing the four-axis OIS chip solutions before and after the implementation of the risk control strategy.Finally,it is concluded that the study of technology risk assessment and control strategy is an important link to reduce risk losses in OIS projects.The innovation and characteristics of this thesis are as follows: taking the technical risk of OIS project of R company as the research object,it runs through a series of activities such as research and development,testing and application of OIS project,and studies the whole development process of the project from a more professional perspective.At present,there has' t a opened theoretical research on risk control of OIS project.This thesis fills in the blank of OIS risk control research,and provides a very important reference value for similar IT project risk control research.
