Numbers,Data,and Knowledge:the Expansion And Integration Of The Exploitation And Utilization Forms Of Archive Resources

With the rapid development of modern information technology,network communication technology and the arrival of knowledge economy age,information and knowledge have increasingly become the core competency of social development.Archive resources are considered as a special information resource and an important knowledge resource,which has aroused the attention of all walks of life in society.The exploitation and utilization of archive resources has also become an important engine of social development.However,with the application of science and technology in the field of archives,the exploitation and utilization of archive resources is increasingly presented in the form of numbers,data and knowledge.Therefore,accelerating the construction and integration of archive resources,intensifying efforts to exploit and utilize resources,improving the service capacity of archives institutions,and meeting the information and knowledge needs of the society have become the top priority of the archives organizations.With the new era and new technology as the background,through the research and comparison of numbers,data and knowledge,this paper analyzes the application of three forms in the exploitation and utilization of archive resources,and on the basis of analysising the necessity,feasibility and progressiveness of the exploitation and utilization of archive resources,it proposes the cross-integration of digital archives,data archives and knowledge resources,diversified development and research strategies to improve the efficiency of the exploitation and utilization of archive resources.
