Research On The Exploitation And Utilization Of The Dr.Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum Archives Information Resources

Dr Sun Yat-sen,the pioneer of the Chinese revolution,was the first person in China to recall "to prosper China " ?In the revolutionary years,the president Sun try his best to strive for the success of the revolution.National,civil rights and people's livelihood is the precious cultural spirit of China.Such a great man,it is worth all the Chinese people to remember and pass on the great man strong patriotic feelings to the generations.From 1925 to 1949,the archives recorded the revolutionary struggle of sun yat-sen in his early years,the inauguration of the temporary president and his death in Beijing,going Beijing for the coffin,the construction of Zhongshan mausoleum in Nanjing.These valuable assets were saved by the Nanjing Archives and collected to form the Zhongshan mausoleum's archives.It was appraised as the Chinese archives heritage at the first time.The mausoleum archives that visible history is short but it can be traced back to the source for a long term,to collect the mausoleum archives' fundamental purpose was development and utilization of the mausoleum archives information resources.This paper is based on the current situation of the development and utilization of the information resources of zhongshanling archives.On the basis of literature review and field research,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the development and utilization of the archives information resources in the zhongshanling archives using the methods of literature research,document measurement,field investigation and interdisciplinary cross-examination.Aiming at the problems found in the investigation,the author puts forward some suggestions to provide a reference for the development and utilization of the archives information resources and various kinds of archives information resources.Author hopes to make contribution on sun yat-sen's mausoleum file information resources development and utilization work,realize the sun yat-sen spirit culture which can achieve sustainable heritage,condense the centripetal force of the people on both sides of the strait,and create a harmonious unity of the People's Republic of China.This paper is divided into four main parts.The first part introduces the archivesof sun yat-sen's mausoleum background,the archives information resources and the value and significance of the file information resources in development and utilization.The second part analyzes the theoretical supporting base of the article and the value and condition of developing and utilizing the mausoleum archives.The third part researches the collected data and the current sun yat-sen's mausoleum archives information resources' existing development and utilization achievements,analyzes in detail the sun yat-sen's mausoleum's ways and problems of exploitation and utilization of archives information resources.The fourth part is in view of existing problems from the policies and regulations,strengthening the consciousness of the development and utilization of archives information resources,and increasing investment in capital and talent putting forward corresponding macro strategies and expanding the scope of the study,improving the working mechanisms of the development and utilization,enriching the research achievements of development and utilization of microscopic countermeasures such as forming,accelerating the process of informatization.
