The development of sciential economy results in the need to innovation in our country, but sciential innovation in university relies on the support from information. It is important and far-reaching to strengthen the development and building of the literature resource. Original literatures, serving as learned windows, can reflect the evolution of academic research, scientific research and managing level in university, can provide reliable bases for the decision-making of university leaders and for the assessment of academic levels and summarizing rules of running a university and scientific research experiences. So it is significant to exploit original literature resources in university.
