Design And Implementation Of Engineering Project Cost Management System For China State Construction Harbor Construction Company

This thesis presents software development of China State Construction Harbor Construction Company's project cost management system.The development goal is to provide the assistant tool for overcoming major problems in project cost control and assessment in order to assure the business profits.From the harbor construction company's major demands in engineering project cost management,this thesis presents the development of project cost management information system's functions analysis,design and implementation.Through the analysis of the impact factors on harbor construction project costs,it establishes the main functions which encompasses basic cost information management,project cost data processing and cost statistical analysis functions.The related data processing demands and use case models are built up for the above requirement analysis.The thesis systematically describes the approach to the software solution,constructs the software framework by means of the object-oriented methods under the principles of making the system not only advanced but also practical and open to new functions.It presents some further concrete details,including its architecture design,database design,interface schemes,some internal data processing flows and object structures by means of object-oriented methods.It also sketches the methods in programming the system with C# and system testing works.In conclusion,this project cost management system realizes a refined assistant tool for the company's cost control in its harbor construction projects based on contemporary sophisticated cost management theory and methods.It also realizes good practicality and maintainability,well reaching the development objectives.
