In recent years,with the rapid development of digital computing,the application of digital technology in various fields such as industrial transformation and upgrading has been accelerated,which represents the rapid development of digital computing and artificial intelligence.China's information technology industry started relatively late.Although it has developed vigorously with the support of national policies,it does not grasp the key core technologies deeply,and there are many but not strong problems.With the deepening of the process of global economic integration,facing more and more challenges and shocks from foreign enterprises,how to accelerate the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises has become a top priority.Software project development is not only the core business of small and medium-sized software enterprises,but also the main source of income and cost expenditure.It is faced with an important issue of how to establish a software development project cost control system matching its own development and achieve reasonable and effective reduction of software development project costs.Therefore,this paper takes the software development project cost control of Z company,a member of small and medium-sized software enterprises,as the research object,comprehensively uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,and follows the idea of raising,analyzing and solving problems.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of software development project cost control of Z company,and puts forward the problems existing in three aspects of software development project: cost estimation,quality cost and labor cost.Secondly,it analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of the software development project of Z company,and points out the three problems of the company,such as the lack of perfect cost estimation system,the lack of attention to the system function test,and the lack of technology and human resources reserve.Thirdly,on this basis,adhering to the guiding ideology of problem orientation,process control and beginning to end,the optimization strategy is formulated from three aspects: optimizing the project cost estimation system,strengthening quality cost control and innovating human cost management ideas.Finally,it expounds the guarantee measures of the company's software development project cost control from the aspects of organization guarantee,system guarantee and method guarantee system.The research of this paper promotes the related research of software development project cost control.The research method introduces the empirical methods such as questionnaire and interview to mine and analyze the problem of software development project cost control of Z company.This paper puts forward the solution to the problem of software development project cost control of Z company,which plays a certain role in promoting the research on software development project cost control.It not only provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for software development project cost control of Z company,but also provides reference and reference for other small and medium-sized software enterprises in software development project cost control,It helps to establish a software development project cost control system suitable for the enterprise itself.
