Design And Implementation Of School Training System

Since 2001,the Ministry of Education has begun to carry out teacher training,teachers training,especially primary and secondary school teacher training is increasingly concerned about,and training evaluation is the last link in training system,the evaluation of teacher training effectiveness to determine if it achieves the desired goal.Training methods and content are consistent with current educational needs.The establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of teacher training plays an important role in the quality and effectiveness of training.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the study and points out the shortcomings of the domestic training assessment,and then assess the situation of teacher training at home and abroad,training assessment concept and training model analysis,and evaluation of current teacher training from policy issues.And then to find out the existing problems in the assessment of primary and secondary school teachers' training in China.Secondly,the detailed requirements analysis and system design of the training evaluation system are made from the perspective of functional requirements,non-functional requirements and database requirements.Finally using B/S mode,SQL server 2012 as the background database,C # language to design system in ASP.NET platform,and SQL server 2012 database to build system database,and in the window system for specific implementation,built for primary and secondary schools Teacher training evaluation decision system.The training evaluation system for schools is designed for students who are teachers to take part in training,to analysis the requirements of students' perspective,and make teaching and training content closely related,emphasizing the exchange of experience with lecturers and students interaction between students from various aspects of the trainees to assess the situation,increase teachers' knowledge and improve vocational and technical teachers,promote the improvement of the quality of school education and expanding the range of EFA.
