Study On The Knowledge Service Of The Zhigengshequ Under The Background Of Publishing Industry Transformation

In China,the exploration process of publishing industry transformation has lasted for more than a decade.The change from digitization of propagation medium to management ideas,relationship between disseminators and audiences,publishing houses attempted to incorporate media,set up the knowledge service based on the demands of the general public.The unique operation pattern relies on the knowledge resources of publishing houses to make intellectual products,and provides different forms of knowledge services with the help of knowledge network and knowledge diffusion.Zhigengshequ,established by Guangxi Normal University Press,is a successful example of knowledge service and practice under the background of the publishing industry transformation.This paper takes the new attempt of media integration of Guangxi Normal University Press--the Zhigengshequ as the objective,and uses ethnography research method to investigate the practice characteristics of publishing knowledge advantage in the new media environment.The paper takes Zhigengshequ as the object of research.It utilizes relevant research methods,including content analysis and ethnography,to discuss how to set up the knowledge service system based on existing advantages in the current media environment,so as to seek for the new paths for the transformation of the publishing industry.The paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter1 is the introduction.It discusses the research background,research significance,research questions and methods.Chapter2 includes literature review and concept interpretation.It discusses the research outcomes in fields of knowledge diffusion and knowledge services,and analyzes the relevant concepts like knowledge diffusion and knowledge services.Chapter3 takes the components of knowledge diffusion as the framework,studies the construction of knowledge diffusion system for Zhigengshequ according to platform construction,diffusion framework and diffusion contents.On the basis of knowledge network,it also discusses the online and offline knowledge flow in Zhigengshequ.Because of such knowledge circulation and flow,Zhigengshequ can demonstrate unique vitality,which is different from other online service platforms.Based on the knowledge diffusion system of Zhigengshequ,Chapter4 thoroughly analyzes the knowledge service system,consisting of courses,reading parties and lecture salons in Zhigengshequ.Chapter5 conducts research on the knowledge image of Zhizhengshequ for users.It fins out that with the help of knowledge diffusion and knowledge service,the knowledge image of Zhizhengshequ is becoming more and more diverse,so as to enhance the rights,interests and resources during the transformation of Guangxi Normal University Press.According to the practical significance of knowledge service of Zhigengshequ,the last chapter discusses concept transformation and change in knowledge services,production,knowledge products,market and industrial chains,caused by the pattern of the "Internet plus initiative " in the publishing industry.It is also the beneficial enlightenment of knowledge service in Zhigengshequ to the transformation and upgrading of the publishing industry.
