Recently,the knowledge economy has risen rapidly and has become a hot spot for investment.Knowledge products have been brought up to date,and knowledge services have received extensive attention from all walks of life.Knowledge service is the current development trend of China's cultural industry,and building a knowledge-based country around knowledge services has become a consensus.Actually,knowledge service is not a new thing,but a product of multiple industries such as education,publishing,and media.It is an innovation of the original business model.Influenced by the triple factors of channels,technology and capital,knowledge services have developed rapidly in the Internet industry and are highly sought after by the general public.However,it cannot be overlooked that Internet companies' knowledge service products are unable to maintain continuous knowledge output because of their limited resources.The publishing industry has been engaged in the production and dissemination of knowledge products since ancient times,and has been updated with changes in the form of media.The development of knowledge resources is closely related to traditional publishing companies.Through information and digital technology,deep processing and efficient use of knowledge resources are the only way for traditional publishing companies to transform and upgrade,and they are also important features of knowledge services.With the continuous promotion of digital publishing construction of traditional publishing companies,how to promote digital publishing on the basis of content resources has become the key to the transformation and upgrading of traditional publishing companies.As the main direction and fundamental goal of the current transformation and upgrading of traditional publishing companies,knowledge services play an active role in promoting the integration of publishing companies' resources,technology introduction,and operating mechanisms.This article takes the traditional publishing company's knowledge service products as the research object,focuses on the transformation and upgrading of traditional publishing companies,analyzes the knowledge service products,and analyzes the active role of knowledge service products in the transformation and upgrading of traditional publishing companies.Under the promotion of national policies,the establishment of pilot units of knowledge services has been quite effective,but there are still development bottlenecks.With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet,the growing demand for popular spiritual culture,and the development demands of traditional publishing companies,these three factors make it particularly important for traditional publishing companies to upgrade their knowledge services.At present,traditional publishing companies have already achieved some results in their knowledge services.Based on the review of these knowledge service products,this paper summarizes three development models.On the basis of analysing the advantages of traditional publishing companies,this paper summarizes development paths and consider positive roles in the process of upgrading of traditional publishing companies.Meanwhile,this article summarizes the problems existing in the current knowledge service of traditional publishing companies.In order to effectively solve these problems,we can learn from the experience of successful knowledge service products of the Internet and digital publishing industries.After the above combing,analysis and summary,it provides suggestions for the traditional publishing companies to develop their focus.
