The People's Republic of China President Xi Jinping has proposed the "One Belt,One Road" Initiative in 2013 and has since cooperated with many countries.Vietnam is one of the countries on the“One Belt,One Road”route and is also an important partner of China in Southeast Asia.Therefore,understanding the Vietnamese government and people's understanding and views on the "One Belt,One Road" has an important role in building the "One Belt,One Road" or developing and Vietnamese cooperation.Today,the news media has become an important channel to explore the views and tendencies of people in a certain country.This study selects VnExpress,one of the mainstream media in Vietnam,as the research object of the "Belt and Road".The framework theory is used as the theoretical basis and combined.Analysis of news reports by content analysis and text analysis.Through research and analysis,in this study shown that VnExpress media is positive and positive for the "One Belt,One Road" report,but there are still many negative reports.On the one hand,due to the urgent economic demands of the country,Vietnam expressed its expectation to participate in the construction of the "Belt and Road Initiative".On the other hand,on the rise of China and the "threat"of geopolitics,Vietnam has shown some doubts and vigilance.Attitude and strategy of balanced diplomacy.
