Research On Russian Media's Report Framework For "The Belt And Road" Initiative

After the One Belt and One Road initiative,China cooperated with many countries.Russia is an Important partner of China,and play an important role in related construction.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the views and attitudes towards One Belt and One Road in Russia.News media plays an important role in national information dissemination and is an important research object of national attitude and tendency.Based on the above reasons,this paper chooses Russian domestic news media as the research object and tries to explore the tendency of the reporting frame.The media selection of this paper includes three media forms:news agencies,newspapers and websites.At the same time,it also includes internal propaganda and external reporting.The three media outlets are TASS,Russia newspaper and Russia today.Use Google to search for "One Belt And One Road","silk road economic belt" and "21st century maritime silk road",and the time range is January 1,2015 solstice December 31,2017.A total of 169 research articles were obtained.As for the research method,this paper chooses the framework theory as the basis and combines the content analysis method to classify the above articles.First,descriptive statistical analysis of all articles,including quantity and time distribution,type and length of coverage,and news sources,etc.Summarize the basic features of the above articles.Then construct the reporting frame and analyze them in detail.Since the One Belt and One Road initiative mainly involves national political and economic development,the political framework and economic framework are the main framework,and the rest is the secondary framework.Through the research and analysis,it is concluded that the report frame constructed by the above three media are mainly positive,which will exert positive influence on the future economic and political development of Russia.But there are also a small number of negative reporting frameworks.For example,the articles published in Russia today question the cooperation between China and Russia.Finally,this paper will combine the media background and social environment factors to analyze the causes of the formation and put forward a series of Suggestions.We hope to provide reference for the future development and research of One Belt And One Road.
