Since the “One Belt One Road” cooperation initiative was first proposed in Kazakhstan,65 countries in the world have become cooperative members of the strategy.Kazakhstan has a profound friendship with China for 26 years and is an extremely important country in Central Asia.As the first member of the strategy and an important partner,the Kazakhstan media also pay close attention to relevant news.In order to study the framework of the “One Belt One Road” news report in the Kazakhstan media,this paper selects one of Kazakhstan's oldest and most authoritative official newspapers,“Kazakhstan Pravda”,whose foreign language is “Kazpravda”,in March 2015.By October 2017,the news report on “One Belt One Road” was the object of investigation.Based on the framework theory,the research was carried out by combining text content analysis and quantitative analysis.This paper argues that the framework is the way media chooses,organizes,presents events and topics,and expresses their basic ideas about events.Based on this understanding,this article uses Tankard's news framework list to interpret the specific framework of news reports from the five sources of news text sources,quantity,theme,genre and position,in order to understand and grasp the mainstream media of Kazakhstan.The main attitudes and concepts along the way.The research found that the “One Belt One Road” news report in Kazakhstan has the following characteristics: multiple sources of news,emphasis on authority,reliability and authenticity;relatively concentrated reports,focusing on the important news events of the“One Belt One Road”;the theme of the report is clear,with the current political and Economic-oriented;report genre diverse,mainly based on news;mainly based on objective reports and positive reports,the newspaper has an objective and positive attitude towards the “One Belt One Road”,or based on the objective principles of news reporting,not directly in the report.Expressing a position,either a positive and positive attitude towards the “One Belt One Road”.On the whole,the relevant reports mainly focus on the high-level political exchanges between China and Kazakhstan countries and the promotion of the economic development of the “One Belt One Road” in Kazakhstan.Therefore,it presents a distinct policy propaganda framework and characteristics of the performance display framework..On the whole,when the " Kazakhstan Pravda" reported on the "One Belt One Road" related news,on the one hand,it focused on political activities and political voices,and played the role of the official media "mouthpiece" onthe source of news and the theme of the report.The official perspective,such as the national,government or expert level,reports on the “One Belt one Road”,with the nature of political forums and performance boards;on the other hand,it focuses on obtaining first-hand information through journalists' research,focusing on economic activity reports,and often has detailed data in reports.,with strong objectivity and professionalism.The thesis consists of four parts:The first part: Introduction.The contents include: the origin of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the related literature review,and the content and methods of the research.Part ?: Research design.This part is carried out from five aspects: research questions,research ideas,sample extraction,category setting and reliability testing.Part III: Kazakhstan's framework analysis of the “One Belt One Road” news report.This section is a summary of the study's sample using Tankard's “framework list”.Part ?: Conclusions and discussion.First of all,draw two frameworks for Kazakhstan's “One Belt One Road” news report.Next,analyze the formation process,formation factors and influence of these two frameworks.Finally,the deficiencies in this study are analyzed.
