At the times of media convergence,traditional media enterprises confront with a severe challenge.At the times of information revolution,newsmen and editors in traditional media enterprises are both who to be changed and who to change the revolution age.The rapid development of new media enterprises to think about the survival & development issue,as well as management mode.Salary management is an effective way to inspire people's motivation,work enthusiasm and innovation ability.Based on the review of the researches above salary management,new media,salary management of newsmen and editors in traditional media enterprise & new media enterprise,the salary satisfaction survey of newsmen and editors from ZS Media Company is carried out.There are several problems are found through the survey,such as: salary level lack of social competitiveness,salary system lack of internal fairness,salary structure lack of personalized design & mechanism of performance appraisal lack of scientificity.Then according to the problems existing in the salary system,this paper puts forward the solutions,the optimization principles and thoughts.On the basis of job analysis and job evaluation,this paper analyzes and optimizes the design from three aspects: basic salary,performance pay and welfare system.At last,implementation guarantees are put forward such as systematic human resource management system,Omnidirectional performance appraisal method & systematic training system.Incentive elements of the new salary system would not only promote the transformation and upgrading of newsmen and editors,but also promote the establishment of perfect talent team and the development of ZS Media Company changing from traditional media to fusion media.
