Design And Development Of Attendance Management System Based On RFC

With the development of enterprise informatization, the human resources management has been informationized timely. Personnel system and attendance management system are in the category of human resources management system. The main objective of the attendance management system is to support the personnel management, to reduce the labor intensity of the relevant workers and to assist the top leaders in decision-making so as to improve the working efficiency; that is to get more social and economic profits with less input. Attendance management system is the foundation work of enterprise informatization and the necessary means to improve the service quality and management and operation efficiency. The technique of rf IC card, arising in the past few years is a kind of automatic identification technology. Through wireless rf, it realizes the non-contact bidirectional communication between IC card and transponder so as to identify the objective and exchange the data. This technique has become a new hotspot in the application of modern technology. It has become a tendency to apply rf IC card to the attendance management in enterprises. This paper, taking the real condition of human resource management of "Wensi Creative Software Technology Co. Ltd.", applies a new method to solve the old problem. Based on the analysis of the development and application of rf IC card both at home and abroad, it designs a suitable software for the company called "Attendance Software for Enterprise Human Resource Management"This system consists of two parts:hardware and software. The hardware platform includes power module, which supplies power for the whole system, rf base station module, which can identify label frequency, clock and LCD module, which can display the current time of the system and the label number of the workers, USB module, which can communicate with PC and buzzer module, which can give alarm. The software platform includes MCU software and PC management software. The main functions of MCU software are to decode the electronic label through rf chips, to display the characters referred in the buffer area on the LCD screen and to communicate with PC. PC high-level software is to apply the application program of JAVA to collect of information of workers' attendance.This paper starts with the basic theories on hardware and software and the background and objective of the study. It goes further to the introduction of the functions of the system and selection of the hardware, for example, the framework and flow chart of the system function. The most important part is the design and analysis of the database, including the construction of the database, the demand analysis, the design of the logical architecture and the like.
