The Design And Implementation Of P Unit Cadre Archives Management System

In view of the cumbersome procedures for file borrowing,difficulty in finding,and imperfect functions of file statistical reports,combined with the actual work requirements of file management,this paper introduces informationof the file management system,which greatly improves the efficiency of file management.In this paper,the system adopts the B/S architecture mode.Based on the model of the three-tier architecture,the overall architecture model based on the application presentation layer,business logic layer,data processing layer and basic service layer is proposed.The system functions are designed in detail,and the system is divided into seven functional modules: file management,file management,file editing,file statistics,borrowing management,organization management and system management,focusing on the integrated management process of documents and files.The archive file borrowing management process was described.After the design and implementation of the system was completed,the system was strictly tested.After testing,the system has various types of files,files,and data management functions,which can meet the cadre documents.The daily management needs of the archives.
