As an important part of enterprise management,attendance management is directly related to the performance,salary and economic and social benefits of employees,and has been paid much attention to by enterprises all the time.Soft,at all levels of the Organization Department's attendance is always to employees of IC card,fingerprint card or hand sign,the latter by the institutions at all levels and departments of the attendance Commissioner combined with staff leave,overtime,leave for the manual summary statistics on attendance records,workload and tedious tasks.Therefore,the establishment of a convenient,scientific and efficient attendance management system,staff attendance data standardization and standardization is an important task of the current system construction.The system consists of PC end of the system management and Android,iOS mobile phone attendance business.PC uses B/S technology architecture,and uses object oriented JAVA language to develop on SWORD soft sword business platform,and uses HttpClient to realize file transfer function.Mobile phone end call Baidu map API to obtain the attendance and location address information,which used the Android framework of the OkHttp network,the same is developed using JAVA language in the Android Studio integrated development tools;iOS uses AFNetworking network framework,using the protocol oriented Swift language developed in the Xcode integrated development tools,using MJRefresh framework to achieve the drop-down refresh such as ease of operation.Select free and open relational database MySQL and lightweight database SQLite for data storage.The function of the system is divided into 4 modules,which are attendance setting,attendance checking,vacation overtime and attendance statistics.The attendance set includes non working days at the PC setting,attendance cycle setting,time setting,field attendance settings,Android,iOS mobile phone business location.Time attendance including the PC sign setting,field project staffing,attendance management,Android,iOS mobile phone terminal field,sign,sign on behalf of my sign,notice,unlasing equipment.Vacation overtime includes PC end vacation process setting,annual leave quota setting,overtime process setting,overtime management,Android and iOS mobile phone's vacation application,overtime application,to-do list,my quota,my vacation and my overtime work.Attendance statistics include attendance check and attendance statistics,attendance management,Android,iOS mobile phone end of the last month attendance,attendance statistics,Department attendance.The design and implementation of the system will strengthen the management of staff attendance at all levels and departments of the medium and soft departments,and improve the efficiency of attendance statistics.The system supports Android and iOS mobile terminals to facilitate the rapid entry of staff attendance information data into the system;supports PC Web terminal to facilitate the query,statistics and data analysis of staff attendance information in daily work;supports the access of traditional attendance data,and facilitates the standardization and standardization of attendance information of special institutions.
