Information software has been widely used in Colleges and universities,human resource management software applications have become increasingly demanding.Human resource management is an important part of human resource management,the establishment of a scientific and effective human resource management system is the key content of personnel management.In view of the defects existing in the process of human resource management in Colleges and universities,this paper studies and develops an efficient human resource management system.On the current domestic and international human resource management system,and analyzed the software I study,the corresponding management process optimization,the use of Java Web technology,and make full use of the SQL Server system,for the system to achieve the purpose of optimization,the use of the MVC framework,using the most popular VS2010 the platform is designed and implemented on the system.The main work of this paper includes:(1)the first analysis of the current situation of human resource management system and the research on the background analysis,and discusses the structure of the thesis;(2)has described the system related technology,including Java technology,Web JSP.NET technology,MVC framework,database technology and B/S module framework further analysis;(3)people on the system of practical needs,of course,is also reflected in the non functional demand level,analyzes on the functions of the business process related system.(4)the overall structure design and topology and network system,according to the method of using sequence diagram and class diagram,design of various functional modules of the system,the final design of the database of the system;(5)to achieve the various functional modules of the system to achieve the best purpose,including the following six aspects of the implementation module.Six function modules of contract management,performance management,file management,training management,system management,contract management,statistics management.The three layer architecture based on technology,according to the actual situation of the occupation colleges,the establishment of human management information system,through the implementation of human resource management system of this design,a more flexible implementation of occupation college human resources management,the human resources management standardization and process are realized,the information data the safety,accuracy and stability are guaranteed.
