With the economic globalization and the rise of industrial engineering in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta,the theory and methods of industrial engineering have been paid more and more attention in the manufacturing industry.Many companies have used industrial engineering as a means to improve the internal production efficiency of enterprises.And now the technology is more and more advanced,more and more personalized,which has a profound impact on all walks of life at home and abroad,and the competition between industries is becoming more and more fierce.As a result,product updates are faster and faster,and companies can survive better only when they become more and more perfect and powerful.Every company is improving its competitive advantage in order to have a place in the market.Every company hopes to get the biggest profit with the smallest cost,that is,low input and high output,so as to enhance the competitiveness of its own company.However,it is very difficult to do this.In the production process,there will be a variety of problems,including personnel and equipment problems,especially personnel problems.This is the common fault of every manufacturing enterprise,but also the company has the most problems.After all,there will be many problems for some people.The improvement of production efficiency includes many aspects,mainly the balance of production line and the material and material handling process in the production process.The process of handling is fundamentally an activity with no direct output,so this process needs to be reduced as much as possible;nowadays,economic globalization has led to more and more fierce competition among enterprises,aiming at the content of production line,striving to achieve the balance of production line,striving to achieve the best of each station,keeping the pace of process as consistent as possible,reducing waste,in order to achieve the desired results.And now the impact of electronic products on life is growing,life has been inseparable from these electronic products,the improvement of the production efficiency of the electronic industry is particularly important,at this time we need to find solutions to the problems.However,the improvement of X company by using the content of industrial engineering is only a small part of the improvement within the company.The improvement of production efficiency involves all aspects of the enterprise,including all links of the supply chain,and there are many areas that have not been studied.Such aspects as staffing and capacity planning are also critical.The composition of personnel determines the company's cost and expenditure.Capacity planning needs to be reasonable and can not be unrealistic.However,due to many reasons,this paper does not improve these aspects.In this paper,X company's production testing workshop test part of the production efficiency and material warehouse distribution problems to improve research.The main contributions are as follows:(1)Firstly,the manufacturing branch of X company is analyzed,and it is found that the company is mainly divided into two parts:production test workshop and material warehouse.According to the introduced formula for calculating the per capita output per hour(UPPH)and production efficiency,the values of the two parts are calculated.Then the company's manufacturing cost distribution chart,personnel matching chart and wastage man-hour chart are made,and the production test workshop needs to be studied from the test part,while the warehouse needs to be studied from the transportation and distribution issues;(2)For the production test workshop,the process analysis is used to analyze the current production test workshop test part of the process,and the process is balanced.According to this data,the production balance rate before improvement is calculated by using the working hours of production balance rate,and the improvement of writing SN number and radio frequency test link is determined.After the improvement is determined,the bottleneck of the workstation is improved by using the human-machine operation analysis in industrial engineering,ECRS principle,stopwatch research,5W1H method and program analysis.Improve the pre-written SN number and RF radio frequency test link,use stopwatch test to measure the time needed for each process,and then use human-machine analysis method and stopwatch test to measure the time needed for each process after improvement,make the improved human-machine analysis table,calculate the improved workload,and then use the productivity balance formula and UPPH calculation method to calculate.The improved value is given,and the improved balance chart is made,which shows that the improvement is very obvious;(3)Understanding the work content of the warehouse,finding that the problems of the warehouse are concentrated in the distribution and handling part,and drawing the on-site layout of the company's warehouse.After the direction is determined,the flow chart of material handling and semi-finished products before improvement is made by the method of process flow analysis.According to stopwatch time measurement,the time spent in each process of material and semi-finished products handling is measured,and the process is continuously questioned,which is simplified by the principle of canceling merger in ECRS.By introducing the current automated handling technology and combining with the design of the automated handling trolley system,the specifications of the automated handling equipment suitable for X Company are designed.Using the calculation formula of the trolley,the quantity of the automated trolley needed in the process of handling semi-finished products and materials is calculated.In the process of car running,the equipment system is set up with real-time monitoring system and JIT concept in lean production.According to the addition of automation system,the layout of the site is analyzed by the transportation route of the car,and the layout of the site is improved.Finally,the improved layout of the site is drawn.Using UPPH calculation method,the improved value is calculated,which is much higher than before.Figure(23)Table(6)Reference(57)...
