In recent years,the degree of specialization and scale of China’s manufacturing industry has deepened day by day,and has developed rapidly with the progress of science,technology and social economy.In this context,the traditional production line has been unable to meet the requirements of consumers for enterprise productivity and efficiency.With the characteristics of simple structure,convenient assembly,stability and safety,automatic production line has become the best choice for manufacturing and production.The adoption of automatic production line can effectively improve the production efficiency of enterprises and help enterprises improve their overall competitive advantage.At present,the manufacturing industry is in the stage of highquality development,and the level of industrial chain is constantly improving.How to help China’s manufacturing industry realize the leap from quantitative change to qualitative change requires the automatic production line to make significant progress in technical level,production efficiency and product quality.For automatic production line,cache can balance production beat,improve production capacity and stabilize output.At present,the research on automatic production line cache mainly focuses on the theoretical level,including optimizing cache length and allocating cache capacity,while there is relatively little research on cache system equipment.Therefore,based on process balance,this paper studies an innovative automatic cache system,provides new ideas for cache theory research,and improves the existing cache equipment.First of all,this paper determines the functional goals and applicable environment of the buffer system according to the problems existing in the existing buffering methods,and then designs the technological process of the system according to the relevant requirements of the system and designs the equipment and PLC control system that make up the system.The various conveyors are intensively formed into automatic buffering equipment,and the buffering mode and structure of the buffering system equipment are flexibly controlled.In addition,through the connection of various conveyors,the conveying distance of materials is effectively extended to ensure that various materials in the buffer are transported in order to meet the requirements.processing requirements.Finally,the designed automatic buffer system is applied to the out-stocking and stacking link of a pharmaceutical logistics enterprise.In order to verify the feasibility of the system,this paper uses the Auto Mod simulation software to simulate and test the multi-layer circular buffer system of a pharmaceutical logistics enterprise’s outbound stacking.The simulation sets a certain amount of buffer in the buffer system and compares and analyzes the sorting situation of the robot with or without the multi-layer ring buffer system.The results show that the multi-layer ring buffer system can improve the sorting efficiency of robots by 23% and reduce the congestion,thus proving the feasibility of the buffer system.
