With notebook market demand changing and diverse demand increases,the present fierce competition in the market,in order to win more customers in the market,to provide cheap and fine products,reduce production costs without the improvement of production efficiency,and the existence of bottleneck location and site waste problem is the most important reason to affect production line production capacity.Therefore,these problems need to be improved to achieve the goal of capacity improvement,cost reduction and benefit increase.In this paper,Q company J223 notebook computer assembly line as the research object,in order to improve the efficiency as the goal of production line improvement research.Firstly,the research background,significance and research status of this paper are introduced.Secondly,the production content and production process of each station of J223 production line are sorted out,the time observation method is used to calculate the operating time of each station of the production line and the balance index of each production line,and the problems existing in the current J223 production line are summarized.Then,use 5M factor method and ECRS method to improve the problem of J223 production line and make improvement plan.In the problem of unbalance between capacity and demand,the constraint theory and job combination ticket are combined to improve the problem.Finally,the improvement scheme was applied to the production site,and the balance indexes before and after improvement were compared and the improvement effect was confirmed.Through the implementation of the improvement plan,the bottleneck station of the J223 production line of Q Company has been improved,and the operation time of each unit is less than the production beat required by customers,thus solving the problem of balance between capacity and demand.Secondly,the balance of the production line has been improved,the balance rate has been increased from 60.0% to 82.2%,the smoothness index has been reduced from 11.9 to 4.8,the workload and working time of each station have been more balanced,and the enterprise cost has been reduced.Through the improvement of 5m factor method,ECRS method and constraint theory,J223 production line reduces one station,reduces 2 personnel,11 actions improve,and introduces 3 automation equipment,which reduces the cost of enterprise production.The improvement scheme can provide theoretical guidance and reference for similar electronic assembly manufacturing enterprises to carry out efficient production.
