In recent years,China's GDP has maintained rapid growth for a long time.One of the reasons is the popularization and improvement of the application of automatic production line,and the state also increases the investment in the field of industrial automation equipment research.This paper takes Yalong YL-335 B automatic production line equipment as the hardware platform,mainly studies the use and programming methods of various technologies on the production line,and seeks the optimal design and programming method through continuous improvement.The speed control of conveyor belt in production line is a key problem.This paper puts forward the improvement measures for the speed control of conveyor belt.The advantages and disadvantages of traditional PID control and modern fuzzy PID control are compared through MATLAB simulation effect diagram.Finally,fuzzy PID control is selected to improve the speed control of conveyor belt.The design and programming of fuzzy PID controller based on PLC is completed on the basis of conveyor belt control system.The original Yalong yl-335 b assembly station has a complex mechanical structure.In this paper,the mechanical structure is redesigned and simplified,and a new control system is designed according to the new mechanical structure,which achieves good simplification effect.The working efficiency of the manipulator in the conveying station is low.In this paper,the working process of the conveying station of the automatic production line is improved by programming,which improves its working efficiency.In order to enhance the communication ability between S7-200 PLC and other peripherals,this paper improves the communication system of the production line,adds Ethernet communication module,improves the communication transmission rate of PLC,and can be compatible and interconnected with external equipment of differentmanufacturers.The research and improvement of the production line is helpful to improve the production efficiency of the whole production line,reduce the production cost,and enhance the competitiveness of the market.
