Research On Software Quality Management System Based On CMMI

With the rapid development of information industry,software is inseparable with our daily life,constantly expanding the functional and nonfunctional requirements make IT industry faces huge challenges,there is a similar problem:most software project schedule,cost and quality can't reasonable control,make product quality can not be guaranteed,and the current environment,has not merely is the product competition,but also the quality of service competition,and so on the quality of the software project analysis and management is imminent.CMMI model(software capability maturity integration model),as an advanced software process quality management standard,can enhance the enterprise's ability to control the whole software project.Its idea can make some problems transparent,thus reducing the resource investment,stabilizing the project schedule,and ensuring the product quality.A company is A large-scale software development enterprise,the management is relatively flat,A growing number of customer requirements and business allows A company to the quality of the original management system no longer applicable,progress,cost of deviation is bigger,although invest A lot of labor costs,but not increased customer satisfaction,so A company urgently need A set of system effective software process quality management standards.Based on the analysis and research of the existing quality management system of company A,this paper finds out the existing problems in the quality management process,puts forward Suggestions for improvement,and develops A new quality management system by combining the CMMI software quality process management model,so as to improve the quality of software products and enhance customer satisfaction.This study first introduces the research background of the project,and puts forward the importance of quality management.Then through the analysis of the current situation of quality management of company A,it is concluded that the current quality management mode of company A cannot adapt to the rapid development of the information age,and company A needs A set of applicable and effective quality management scheme.The CMMI model in view of this situation,this paper makes A detailed description and analysis on the superiority of management thought,and the management thought of the CMMI model combined with the actual operation situation of A company is summarized A set of effective quality management system scheme,and tracking the implementation of the scheme evaluation,verify the validity of the scheme.
