The Research Based On CMMI Of L Company In Software Project Quality Improvement Scheme

In recent years,the industry of global information developed rapidly,and computer software is becoming more widely used.So,to the competition among the developed software companies,quality is becoming more and more important.At present there already have some quality standards,which take CMMI and ISO9000 as typical.However,many domestic enterprises have not attached much weight to the use of these standards and models.In the face of the fierce market competition,enterprise should not only value the diversity of software product and the progressiveness of software function,but also if the software product could provide stable and reliable quality assurance.On the basis of profit maximization of product and service,enterprises also need to take quality as market orientation.This paper takes L company and its project as an example,analyses the problems encountered in the process of implementing the software projectquality management,and give a specific optimization scheme of softwareproject quality management,and I will compare and study the effect of the implementation.Ultimately it will improve the software projectquality level of L company.This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice.It is mainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter will be a simple introduction about the background and signification of this thesis,as well as the domestic and international research status;The second chapter introduce the related theories and related concepts;The third chapter will start to analysis the problems and the reasons for the problems of L company's software projectquality management.Firstly,it will describe the situation about the company and the project case,then analysis the problems and the reasons for the problems from three aspects: plan,qualitycontrol,quality test;The fourth chapter,according to the actual situation of L company and taking CMMI as the guiding ideology,the specific improvement plan of software projectquality management is given which is based on the related process domain involved in CMMI3;The following chapter mainly verify the improvement scheme in a new project which is as big as case project;Finally concluded that: the softwareproject quality management based on the CMMI can improve the L company's software projectquality management effectively and improve the company's comprehensive competitiveness.
