Research On F Company’s Software Development Project Management

With the rapid development of e-commerce, electronic trading systemdevelopment project is also rapidly increasing. But because of the internal electronictrading system is still in its early stages, there are a lot of problems about systemsdevelopment and quality. Therefore, it is very important for electronic trading systemquality management. There are a lot of problems in Forlink company as well as manyelectronic trading system development company caused low product quality. Manysoftware enterprises have passed the ISO or CMMI certification qualification, but manyenterprises have seen little qualification to the company software quality improvementbrought about tangible results. The real problem is not really good understanding andapplication of the essence of these quality management system.This study from a focus on Forlink company’ quality problems, combination ofCMMI process improvement for software development and management of specificimplementation in Forlink company, application of modern project management theory,from project quality management, analyzed the quality management in Forlink companyand improved the quality management process on the project. The management methodis provided to solve the similar problem of other software development project.First, the article describes the background of Forlink company; Second analysis theproblems in software project quality management in Forlink company;Then, theadvanced method of quality management is proposed about the organizational structurefor software development, quality plan, quality assurance and quality control.According to the characteristics of software development project, the qualitymanagement is analyzed from demand management, test management and schedulecontrol. In this paper, reasonable improvement ideas that put forward for Forlinkcompany, are used for increasing the quality management level and improving thequality of software product. At the same time, the similar enterprises can learn from theimproved method in this article.
