| In recent years,the rapid development and maturation of Internet technology and applications,for the development of network video news to provide a perfect growth environment and favorable conditions.Along with the continuous progress of Internet technology and mobile social network,a large number of network video news carriers have been produced,such as Weibo,WeChat,media clients,news sites,webcast and so on.In particular,the rapid development of mobile Internet,accelerated the development of network video news,short video news is explosive growth.As China's national news agency,Xinhua News Agency has also increased the development of network video news in recent years,and constantly introduced a number of initiatives and new technologies,in an effort to seize the high commanding heights of network video news.This paper takes literature research,field observation,in-depth interviews and case studies as the main research methods.Through the overall situation of the development of network video news in China,it analyses the characteristics of the development of network video news which is different from traditional TV news and text news.It also analyses the internal and external environment of the development of network video news of Xinhua News Agency and its network with the three major Western news agencies.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the development of network video news,summarizes the advantages of Xinhua News Agency in the development of network video news,explores its shortcomings,and puts forward some improvement strategies.Looking at the overall development of China's network video news,its development has mainly gone through three stages,from the early emergence to the vigorous development and then to the development of mobile terminals.With the innovation of mobile Internet technology,the development of China's network video news is changing with each passing day.Compared with traditional TV news and text news,network video news has the characteristics of wide spread,fast speed,low cost,mass information storage,long retention time,strong interactive communication,vivid image and personalized communication.Although the development of network video news of Xinhua News Agency started relatively late,its development momentum can not be underestimated with its powerful editing team and technical impetus.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the developmentof network video news of Xinhua News Agency,from the perspective of its external environment,the political environment has the support of the state policy,the economic environment of our country has been steadily improving,the consumption demand for network video news of people in the social environment has been increasing,and the technological environment continues to have new technologies to promote the development of network video news,and the international environment.On the other hand,the situation of "strong in the West and weak in the east" has changed.As far as the internal environment of Xinhua News Agency is concerned,its development of network video news has a strong editing team and rich editing resources.Adequate financial resources,the emergence of emerging technologies,strong technology drivers,and the core competitiveness of the global acquisition and editing network and exclusive news are conducive to the development of network video news.On the contrary,three major Western news agencies: Reuters,Associated Press and Agence France-Presse,although their development of network video news started earlier,the overall situation of their development has gradually declined in recent years.Xinhua News Agency takes advantage of its advantages in the development of network video news,and has a great potential to surpass the three major Western news agencies.In terms of the shortcomings of Xinhua News Agency in the development of network video news,its development mainly faces four problems: insufficient content production,limited dissemination,lack of media management measures and insufficient mobile development.Through research and analysis,the author puts forward some improvement strategies from five aspects: increasing content innovation,optimizing communication means,improving media management strategy,increasing mobile development and promoting the Development of Media Integration.Through the above measures,we will strengthen the development of Xinhua News Agency's network video news,enhance its influence on public opinion in various fields,and accelerate its pace of building a world-class news agency. |
