| Photo Industrialization is still a new phenomenon in the growth stage in the developing context of China for which the advent of the Internet Age provides an essential platform. First the image resources in the form of published books and so on via managing mode and operating mode innovation to achieve new industrialization mode—photo gallery. As the biggest new media in China, the rich photo resources, numerous producing and access channels, network construction with wide range of Xinhua News Agency make it in a dominant position in the same industry in China, establishing a good basis for getting resources, system operation and scale development of photo gallery. Therefore, in the face of the significant innovation of photo industry, Xinhua News Agency has the responsibility and ability to push the photo industrialization in China, in order to integrate the current disorderly and depressed photo industry market, redesign the photo operation, management and profit mode, striving for building the aircraft carrier of photo industry in China.Based on the current development status of photo industry in China, and combined with my many years experience in Guangdong branch of Xinhua News Agency, this essay tries to go deep into the current market both at home and abroad. We learn and recommend the new experience and approaches from foreign countries, to determine the development and profit mode suited their own, also explore a photo industry road with Chinese Characteristics, achieve the market-oriented and industrialize of photo industry in China.
