With the development of the Internet and the construction of information technology,the product form is becoming more and more abundant,which brings opportunities as well as challenges.The academic community has gradually begun to integrate service design strategies and related concepts into various product forms Even in the field of mobile information technology,it has achieved certain results.In actual design practice,more and more fields and directions have begun to integrate service design ideas and related theories.Scientific research service is a service with a single kind of audience,more diversified product functions and demand scenarios.But there is still a considerable optimization space for scientific research services products.At the same time,the WeChat little program has rapidly developed into an indispensable product form in the mobile scene due to its light weight and social features.In view of the above situation,this paper focuses on the scientific research services of university,tries to improve the convenience of scientific research services through WeChat little program,so that scientific research users can be freed from some complicated and repeated scientific research work.The service encounter theory is applied in the analysis of WeChat little program design process and university scientific research information service.Analyze the characteristics of university scientific research services,establish a user satisfaction system,optimize the design process and methods of WeChat little program.Based on the above,output a scientific research service WeChat little program design.And provide a reliable reference for designers in such services and little program products.Firstly,this paper explores the characteristics of university scientific research services and users' ideas,through literature research,questionnaire research,user interviews,reliability and validity tests,factor analysis,etc.From the perspective of service encounter theory,based on the SERVQUAL quality assessment system,output the satisfaction evaluation system.Based on the system,the recommendations and optimization directions of university scientific research needs are confirmed.Then,according to the characteristics of the information products,relying on the MSD multi-faceted design process,a common service contact theory,the design process of the information product was produced.Analyze the existing design method and principles of WeChat little program,summarize and experimentally verify the design strategy of WeChat little program.Import it into the information product design process,and construct the WeChat little program design flow from the service perspective.Furthermore,according to the analysis of the scientific research service demand and the WeChat little program design process,the university scientific research service "Scientific Helper" was designed and implemented.After analyzing,classifying and re-optimizing the scientific research services needs,and clarifying the WeChat little program functions,this paper produced the information structure,functional flow chart and interface design of the "Scientific Helper" WeChat little program.And designed some functions like proj ect management,form helper and so on.On the other side,designed the "Scientific helper" pc application and website interface.Finally,through the usability test and the above-mentioned user satisfaction evaluation system,the WeChat little program design was double verified,obtained both good feedback results.
