In recent years, Service Oriented Computing has become the mainstream computing paradigm with the growing number of Web service. The Quality of Web services has become one of the most important fields focused by scholars by scholars all over the world. Along with the increasing number of Web services and further researching,some scholars have pointed out concepts of Web service community. They point out Web service community made up of a large number of similar functional Web service. Such as the weather query services community was made up of weather inquires function. Along them, Web services were in similar functional and different non-functional. For example, Web service resources are provided from different providers or different QOS. The Web service community is dynamically generated. A community is established and torn down through certain scenario and contracts. The assembly approach which is similar to P2P network. All the Web service community has a master Web service. It is stores all Web service related information in service community, and shows better parameters than other Web services. Master Web services are present services based on semantics, it can bring together slave Web services with the same atomic function. The master service regularly check UDDI whether node meet the requirements of community or by new node intiated a request to join the master Web service after the certification. After offering the concept of Web community, there are many scholars at domestic and abroad studies for them. The research focused on discovery of Web services, the framework of Web service community, and so on. They mostly do not consider waiting queue problem in Web service, which rarely involves the operation problems of Web community services.This research focuses on queuing phenomenon when a large number of users visited the community at the same time. Users in the Web service community will take up part of the resources when queuing. These resources include human resources management, network resources, system resources, and so on, The consumption of these resources will produce part of the extra cost. This dissertation studied how to set optimal service number to make the Web service community reduce operating costs. First, gives the definition of Web service and Web service community, mapping the problem of queuing theory and determine queuing model is M/M/N. Under this model, calculate users queue length in the steady state, and get the number of users in the community. Combined with the cost factor and in the Web service community to determine cost function. Finally, based on marginal analysis in economic, find the best number of service.
