Study On Design Of Dynamic Configuration System Of Intervi Ewers In The Test Rooms For Civil Servant Examination

The civil servant examination is one of the most popular exams with great concern from social attention.The interview process in the civil servant examination is a hot spot for candidates,their parents and the public.The openness,fairness and impartiality of civil servant interviews are closely related to the vital interests of candidates who entering the interview,and are related to the objectivity,scientificity and accuracy of civil servant examinations.There are many factors involved in the interview of civil servants.How to ensure the objectivity and fairness of the interview is a long-term research topic of the human society department.With the work plan of the "Internet + Human Society" issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security,combined with the background of informatization and big data of current government affairs,it can greatly improve efficiency,create a fair competitive environment,increase the transparency of interviews,and finally meet the development requirements of modern government affairs by exploring the realization of informatization of interview,researching and establishing dynamic configuration system of interviewers in the test rooms for civil servant examination.It is of great practical significance for civil servant interview.Based on user's requirements,functional requirements and other non-functional requirements,this paper studies the design system data flow diagram,use case diagram,design system login,examiner management,arrangement of interview and interview room,system management and other functional modules,the examiner information database table and other 13 database tables on the basic of detailed analysis of examiner's dynamic configuration system requirements of the civil servant interview.According to the problems encountered in the real interview process,it designs the interview examiner random extraction algorithm and the examiner examination room dynamic configuration algorithm by establishing the examiner's access and exit mechanism.Basing on Windows 7 operating system,MySQL database management system,Tomcat 8.0 server and Spring+Spring MVC+Mybatis framework,using Eclipse development tools,JQuery+Html front-end technology and JAVA programming language,it develops the civil servant interview examiner test site dynamic configuration Prototype System.The experiment results show that the system realizes the dynamic access and exit of the civil servant interview examiner and the interview examiner randomly selects,so that the different levels of examiners have equal opportunities to participate in the interview,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the examiner team.The average level of examiners in each examination room is within an acceptable range.At the same time,the efficiency of civil servant interview is improved and the expected effect is achieved.
