Design And Implementation Of Web - Based Examination System For Civil Servants

Official online examination is an important work of government departments to implement human resources management, for the construction of talent team obviously. With China’s administrative system reform, government departments of various examination system has also been widely concerned. The past manual examination mode consumes a lot of manpower, material resources, the result of the exam is not easy to save, need no longer to adapt to the information age. With the development of modern society and the improvement of information technology, network has spread to every corner of life, many applications based on the network is developing too, greatly facilitate people’s work and life. Therefore, the online examination system of civil servants to develop a set of scientific, to help government departments to carry out performance management, has become an urgent problem to solve.This paper is based on investigation of the current online examination situation, analyzes the significance of the online examination system to build the network technology. This paper analyses the architecture of current network system, using B\/S three layer architecture model and architecture of the J2EE technology on the system overall architecture; J2EE framework, J2EE components and MVC design pattern technology characteristics were introduced in detail, analyzes the implementation process of the system frame of the integration technology of SSH three open source J2EE and integrated in the SSH framework; the J2EE concept was introduced, and gives the steps to build the J2EE development environment. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the system, the various aspects of the system hardware, economic, technical, maintenance of the feasible, summed up the civil service examination online system detailed functional requirements and non functional requirements.The system development process based on the analysis of the demand, take the idea of modular design, the role and function of the detailed, clear user interactive function, and each function module has been designed and implemented, at the same time, a detailed database design.In this paper, a government unit as the background, design and implementation of online examination system of civil servants. Has obtained the certain effect in the implementation of applications, has achieved the anticipated target. Finally, summarizes the design and development experience, and the system exists, suggestions on improving the system is presented.
