In order to adapt to the requirements of the development of the exams, we should change the traditional examination idea and the working pattern, and make full use of information technology to build an electronic platform. Therefore, we can provide convenience and better service for examiners by improving the working quality and efficiency through the advantage of the Internet.The paper further summarizes and concludes the application and development of information technology in Personnel Testing. According to many years’experience and summarization, we have developed an examination system for recruitment of civil servants. This system is based on B/S structure, using Asp as webpage parse, the SQL-sever as the data base and IIS as the web server, which composes a set of complete procedures used in the recruitment of civil servants.
