| Recent years,more and more people join in the public servant examination,and the amount has been raised to an extremely high scale.According to the statistics of 2017 national civil service exam enrollment,college graduates and college graduates accounted for more than half of the total number of applicants,and the higher the degree,the lower the competitive ratio.Economics is not the hot point in the college examination,but also be welcomed in people who prepares for the public servant examination.Highly educated professionals in the economic fields enter the national civil service group,and will serve in the government departments which are related to the people's livelihood.Also,it is beneficial to promote the government to select talents openly,optimize the structure of the civil service,and to bring new vitality to the government.While bringing new ideas and technologies to the departments,it has made great contributions to the country,s economic development.Especially in China,government is the promotor of the development of the market economy.A large number of highly educated professionals to enter the civil service system,the ultimate beneficiaries are the people themselves.Therefore,how to guide the college student's view of choosing jobs correctly,how to change the solid thinking of colleges students for civil servants,how to solve the problem of uneven of "hot and cold" phenomenon.It is practical significance for the contemporary college students and Chinese economic development to guide college students to enter the correct and suitable jobs.This paper draws on the ideas of the experiment,and according to the theoretical basis of the public opinion and individual decision-making can be influenced by the news report.4 different groups were set up(the 3 groups read news reports about the different orientation of the civil service career,and the 1 groups did not read any reports as the control group),Finally,a questionnaire was used to investigate whether the willingness of the civil servants was changed.And through other factors on the background of the respondents,to explore the stability of the impact of the news report on the willingness of college students,to choose civil servants,and other factors that may affect their wishes.Finally,in view of the actual situation,this paper tries to put forward the following two suggestions:First,improve civil service payment,in order to strive for more excellent graduates to join the group of civil servants.Second,transferring the information of civil servant's occupation correctly through the news media reports,thereby to guide students to establish a correct view of employment,and through the positive publicity of civil servants and the development prospect,to release the distribution of civil servant's post. |
