With the widespread use of electrical equipment in industrial production and daily life,the demand for power quality of sophisticated and sensitive electrical equipment is getting higher and higher,and interference and losses due to power quality problems are becoming more common.The data acquisition and acquisition of power quality problems are important technical means for researching and solving power quality problems.Therefore,this paper designs a set of data acquisition system for power quality simulation power supply based on the power quality simulation power supply device developed by the project team.The data acquisition system is mainly responsible for single-phase input voltage and current,three-phase output voltage and current,8 way analog signals,and has high precision data acquisition and waveform storage and display.At the same time,it supports two data transmission modes of USB and Ethernet.The data acquisition system includes hardware and software.The hardware part mainly consists of preprocessing circuit,expansion board circuit and STM32 core processing board circuit.The pre-processing circuit completes the isolation of multiple voltage and current signals,anti-electromagnetic interference,and conditioning functions,thereby converting the input high voltage,high current to a voltage within ±10V that is supported by the AD chip.The expansion board circuit completes the connection conversion between the STM32 core board circuit and other external expansion circuits.The software part mainly consists of the lower machine STM32F407 application based on STM32 CubeMx configuration and the upper computer GUI application program based on LabVIEW.The STM32F407 application is initialized and configured by STM32 CubeMx,And it is composed of main program,AD7606 data acquisition program based on SPI1,high-speed USB communication program and W5500 Ethernet communication program based on SPI3.It mainly realizes the data acquisition of 8-channel analog signals and transmits the collected data to the upper computer in real time and in batches through high-speed USB communication or Ethernet communication.The GUI application program based on LabVIEW mainly includes three parts: data communication program,waveform display program and data storage program.The data communication program supports the two communication modes of USB and Ethernet to send control instructions to the lower computer and receive the data from the lower computer;Waveform display program according to the number of input channels,using display controls to achieve the corresponding waveform display;Data storage programs use TDMS files for efficient data acquisition and storage.According to laboratory and power plant environmental tests,The data acquisition system realizes the functions of data acquisition,transmission,display and storage with 8-channel,16-bit accuracy and multiple transmission modes.And the performance meets the requirement of the data acquisition function of the power quality simulation power supply device.This paper first expounds the development status and future trend of the data acquisition system at home and abroad.Secondly,the theory and technology of analog power data acquisition system for power quality problem are studied.A general design scheme for data acquisition system based on power quality simulation power supply was proposed,Completed the data acquisition system hardware and software design,Finally,after module testing and system joint testing,Verify the function and effectiveness of the system.
