When studying the dynamic characteristics of the moving body, the response signal ofdisplacement, speed and the acceleration will be considered currently. Theoretically, therelationship between the three aspects is differential or integral. The other two signals can beacquired through integral or derivative of the measured signal which is one of the threeaspects. But, by the restraint of experimental conditions and sensors, only acceleration signalcan be measured in most cases. In the article, the collection and storage of acceleration signalare achieved by designing data acquisition system.In the paper, the detailed development process of data acquisition system is proposedwith the strict thinking of software engineering. Using the graphical programming languageLabVIEW write software of test system which can collect data, read data and analysis data. Inthe data acquisition system, the concrete function of data acquisition, data processing andwaveform control can be achieved.First of all, the thesis described the basic concepts and significance of the virtualinstrument, introduced the generation and development status of the virtual instrument, andproposed the design requirements of the data acquisition system. Then, the design proposal ofdata acquisition system is introduced through the software and hardware minutely. In this part,there is the concise account about interface technology of PCI and signal conditioning circuit.The realization mode between third-party data collecting card and LabVIEW is designeddetailedly. The algorithm flow chart of each module, flow diagram and the Interactiveinterface of data acquisition system are also given in the paper.At last, the data acquisition system is applied in dynamic test pilot of the smallcapacitance accelerometer. The combination of charts and displays illustrate the specificprocess of application data acquisition system. The results of the experiment showed that the function of each module is reliable. The program is stability in the data acquisition system.
