Research On Improvement Of Cost Management For Customer Order Software Project Of HY Company

Software and information technology service industry has developed rapidly since"12th Five-Year".However,software projects from orders are becoming competitive increasingly and the human factor price is increasing year by year.Software companies,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,should be to face serious challenges in terms of profit margins.Therefore,it is very necessary to propose improvement of cost management of software project based on theoretical study?Firstly,this paper takes HY Company as the research object.From start-up stage to maintenance stage,the six processes are analyzed.Analyzing the main contents and responsibilities of each link and summarizing five shortcomings.The project cost management process is incomplete.The responsibility of cost management is not clear,and the sense of cost management is weak.Project cost estimation is random and quotation basis is not enough.There is no scientific method for cost budget and cost baseline.Project cost analysis is not timely and unscientific.Secondly,this article combs the important control links and defines work content,responsible person,related person,import and output,proposes the cost management improvement process.This article combs the responsibilities of the job and adds the description of cost management responsibilities.Expert meetings are used in large and medium-sized projects and expert judgment is used in small projects.The cost estimation in the bidding stage is more scientific.The cost Budget through function point estimation method after winning the bidding.Forming a project cost baseline approved by the company,which is as the goal of cost control and performance motivation.Cost analysis with collecting four types of cost runs through all the time.Cost analysis is given by earned value analysis and improvement plan is tracking.There are two main innovations.One is the whole life cycle of cost management improvement plan for customer order project is put forward from the perspective of Party B.It is includes project maintenance stage and also makes more than 20 forms.Another,budget compensation is proposed for contract losses.Internal competition management mode is encouraged through "internal bidding contract + internal talent pool".It has a certain reference value in cost control for the same type of enterprises.
