With the rapid development of circuit board manufacture,V-cut machine plays an increasingly important role in the production of circuit boards.There were cutting errors in using the V cutting machine split PCB(Printed Circuit Board),and it is a very difficult problem that how to reduce the cutting errors in using V cutting machine.At present,method of trial cutting is used to correct the V cutting machine,which means that worker measures trial cutting error,and manually enters the computer to be movement compensation.Indeed,it is an inevitable trend of future development that manual measurement and control changes into automatic one.However,that how to realize the automatic measurement and control of cutting error requires designing a targeted measurement and control system.This thesis is based on a V-cut machine used by one enterprise.Currently,this V-cut machine adopts manual trial cutting method for tool setting,and the measured error value is less than 1mm.Actual V-cut line and standard trial cutting line also have certain width,which has a great impact on accuracy of manual measurement.Efficiency of manual measurement is not high,and there is risk of wrong operation by hand.According to the above problems,in consideration of actual situation of enterprise production,this thesis changes original manual contact measurement into automatic non-contact measurement,and designs V-cut machine cutting error measurement and control system based on machine vision measurement.This thesis researches deeply visual measurement methods of test cutting error value on the PCB.According to the actual situation of PCB,this system of PCB error measurement and control compensation is designed to meet the precision requirement.Feasibility of this scheme is verified by experiments.This thesis mainly researches the following aspects:(1)This thesis analyzes error source of existing V-cutting machine tool,and proposes a solution of closed-loop measurement and control cutting error.(2)Aiming at some type of domestic V cutting machine,it is designed the related devices based on visual inspection.Visual inspection devices including camera,lens and light source are selected and designed.(3)The accuracy of camera calibration is verified.Algorithm of the test cutting error value on visual measurement PCB is studied,and a simple image processing algorithm is designed to extract center line.(4)It designed measurement and control software system to achieve these goals,such as image acquisition,image processing and motion control,including visual measurement module,motion control module.(5)Measurement and control experiments of PCB cutting error are made on the experimental platform,and detailed error analyses are made by the experimental data.
