Study On Automatic Cutting Machine For Mobile Phone Screen Film Based On Machine Vision Measurement

With the development of science and technology, large screen intelligent mobile phone has already become the necessities of life.In order to protect the mobile phone screen, screen protection film have emerged as the times require.Traditional machining method have lots disadvantage like laborious,slower speed and larger error.So,it is unsuitable for machining small batch production in the field.The new automatic cutting machine are combined with the graphic automatic programming technology and NC Machining Technology. For the results, the system will also provide the man-machine interaction module for the user to make intervention when necessary. The main research contents are as follows:The research learned various types of mobile phone,gain the mobile phone srceen image to make image processing. We choose image gray processing, median filtering, binarization processing, image denoising, contour extraction algorithm through a comparative study of image smoothing algorithm, two value algorithm, the effect of edge detection algorithm.Finally,we get the ideal mobile phone screen contour line.In addition,we used a new global threshold iterative algorithm.In order to reduce the storage space and ensure accuracy,we used improved Hough transform which use double threshold to relize vectorization.Improved Hough transform can meet the accuracy requirements and improve the speed of the algorithm Design software module to realize image acquisition, image preprocessing, image vectorization, image expansion and interaction function.The system can further make up for lack of mobile phone screen protection film automatic cutting machine in the shape function of the film,at the same time,as the machine have automatic programming system which is based on image data.It can be automatically image acquisition, image preprocessing and NC code generation.So,its applicability get greatly promotion.
