With the development of computer vision technology, machine vision in many areas has been a certain application.Especially,machine vision for its simple structure, ease of use, speed and high precision makes it more attention in industrial inspection, mechanical processing, object recognition, positioning, robot guidance and aerospace, military and other fields.Machine vision can replace human to do inspection, target tracking, robot navigation, especially need to be repeated, rapidly from image to obtain a precise and accurate information, non-contact precision measurement and the harsh conditions of the occasion.In recent years, laser cutting industry as a new industry has become a research hotspot in industrial automation. While the industry for visual applications is less and less. The visual application for laser cutting equipment makes it more automation. In this paper, machine vision applications in laser cutting equipment as the target,and the preparation of the laser cutting application software system.In the laser cutting system, the positioning and recognition method of the target plate and the calibration cutting is studied and explored in detail. Meets the requirements of the industrial identification and positioning and the accuracy of the alignment cutting is less than 50um.This paper first introduced the machine vision related knowledge, and then And then from the knowledge research of laser cutting equipment.using MVC mode design and build the laser cutting equipment system framework.The design mode of GOF technology used in the application of engineering,makes the various functional modules independent of each other, reduce the coupling. Then explain the state diagram of cutting system. The image preprocessing and localization technology related knowledge, For lack of detection of the Hoff circle positioning, improved circle detection algorithm,and application in laser cutting equipment system. Complete assigned tasks.In this paper, machine vision as the goal in laser cutting equipment system, this paper focuses on the research of the target recognition and localization of the machine vision of the laser cutting equipment, and the high precision alignment cutting.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) the improvement research and implementation of image processing related knowledge and circle recognition and location algorithm. (2) the architecture and Realization of the system software of laser cutting equipment based on machine vision. (3) According to the laser cutting field design and write control algorithm, to meet the demand of industrial production.In view of the above research contents, this paper mainly does the following several aspects of the related work:(1) the study of image preprocessing and circular positioning method. (2) Knowledge learning of peripheral middleware and implementation of middleware. (3) Design and implementation of laser cutting management software architecture based on MVC. (4) Analysis of influence positioning accuracy and improvement of recognition and location algorithm in the position cutting. (5) In the system platform, the relevant experiments were done for positioning accuracy which is suitable for industrial demand.Through the above research and design, This paper successfully completed the industrial requirements for the visual recognition and positioning accuracy of the laser cutting equipment system, and completed the corresponding test on the system.
