With the development of science and technology,electronic information industry increasingly mature,PCB(Printed Circuit Board)industry has developed rapidly,so the board of the PCB plate cutting speed and precision is also put forward higher requirements.The traditional artificial cutting board is more complicated,the worker labor intensity is big,and the efficiency is low,which can not meet the needs of the enterprise production.Therefore,realizing automation of PCB board cutting can reduce production cost,improve production efficiency and improve the quality of PCB cutting board.In this paper,a type of milling cutter PCB curve cutting machine is designed and studied.This machine consists of cutting device,feeding transmission device,top plate separation device,waste collection and protection device,which can realize automatic transmission,split board and roof separation of PCB board.The main work is:(1)After reviewing some relevant information on the documents related to the project,an overall introduction to the board of cutting method and machine cutting technology and other domestic and international situations.According to the requirements the research goal was put forward.(2)Determine the scheme of PCB curve cutting machine,Through comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the die pressing plate and the milling cutter,the method of milling cutter is selected;Through the comparison of different motion schemes,the layout plan of the board was determined.And the PCB fixture,small board jacking separation device,waste collection and protection device would be analysis and structure design,all the parts and the assembly process should be made by Solidwork 3D software of and interference checking in the structure model.(3)Determine the design parameters of the PCB curve cutting machine,and its principal axis and spindle unit and feed transmission device are carried out,Then the spindle motor,Y axis screw,Y axis servo motor,synchronous belt,Y axis rolling bearing and guide rail were selected and calculated.(4)Using finite element analysis software Ansys,the PCB curve cutting machine were made structure analysis,stress and strain of the key parts of the system can be analyzed.And the PCB curve cutting machine were made modal analysis,and resonance phenomena of the system can be analyzed.And the main structure of the split plate machine is optimized.Length of guide column(L)studied the impact of structure's the static and dynamic characteristics,Finally,the length of the guide column of the split plate machine is obtained.
